IN FULL BLOOM. SEASONAL ALLERGIES CAN CHANGE THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF SOMEONE’S LIFE. SEASONAL ALLERGIES AFFECTS OVER 80 MILLION AMERICANS. THE KEY THINGS TO REDUCE THEM. TAKE YOUR ANTIHISTAMINES PROACTIVELY. THAT MEANS WEEKS BEFORE YOU THINK YOUR ALLERGIES ARE GOING TO BE TRIGGERED, KEEP INDOOR AIR CLEAN AIR CONDITIONING, AIR PURIFIER. CHANGE THE FILTERS. CLOSE THE WINDOWS. KEEP POLLEN OUTDOORS. WHEN YOU GO INDOORS, CHANGE YOUR CLOTHES. SHOWER. GET THE POLLEN OUT OF YOUR HAIR AND KNOW YOUR KNOW THE POLLEN COUNTS. ON DAYS WHEN THE POLLEN COUNT IS HIGH, YOU’LL WANT TO LIMIT OUTDOOR ACTIVITY. KEEP IN MIND THE POLLEN COUNT TYPICALLY IS HIGHER IN THE MORNING, BUT BY FAR THE BEST TIME TO GET OUTSIDE IS RIGHT AFTER A GOOD SOAKING RAIN. IF YOU’RE STILL SUFFERING EVEN AFTER FOLLOWING ALL OF THESE MEASURES, DOCTOR ELLERIN SUGGESTS CONSULTING AN ALLERGIST. NOW, AS MIKE WANKUM WAS JUST TALKING ABOUT OUR NEXT WIDESPREAD GOOD SOAKING RAIN REALLY ISN’T UNTIL FRIDAY, SO THAT MEANS FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK, YOU MIGHT WANT TO KEEP THE TISSUES NEARBY.
